الشروط والأحكام لشاليه 4042

1. General Information | معلومات عامة

These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests staying at the chalet.

AR:
تنطبق هذه الشروط والأحكام على جميع نزلاء الشاليه.

2. Property Location | موقع الشاليه

EN:
Ahmadi Governorate – Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City – Phase 5 – Plot 4042.

AR:
محافظة الأحمدي – صباح الأحمد البحرية – المرحلة الخامسة – قسيمة 4042.

3. Booking & Stay Period | الحجز ومدة الإقامة

EN:

  • Stay dates are confirmed upon booking.
  • Guests must vacate the property on time at the end of their stay.

AR:

  • يتم تحديد تاريخ الإقامة عند الحجز.
  • يجب مغادرة الشاليه في الوقت المحدد عند انتهاء الحجز.

4. Payment | الدفع

EN:

  • Rental price: As agreed
  • Security deposit: 200 KD (paid upon reservation)

AR:

  • سعر الإيجار: حسب الاتفاق
  • مبلغ التأمين: 200 دينار كويتي (يُدفع عند الحجز)

5. Check-in / Check-out | الدخول والخروج

EN:

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 3:00 PM
  • Late check-out will result in a charge of 25 KD per hour

AR:

  • الدخول: بعد الساعة 3:00 مساءً
  • الخروج: قبل أو بحد أقصى 3:00 مساءً
  • التأخير يترتب عليه رسوم 25 دينار لكل ساعة

6. Use of Chalet | استخدام الشاليه

EN:

  • For families only
  • No parties or loud gatherings
  • Guests must respect neighbors and avoid disturbances

AR:

  • للعوائل فقط
  • يمنع إقامة الحفلات أو الإزعاج
  • يجب احترام الجيران وعدم إزعاجهم

7. Cleanliness & Care | النظافة والمحافظة

EN:
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and treat the chalet with care. All items must remain in the chalet and be returned in good condition.

AR:
يجب الحفاظ على نظافة الشاليه والتعامل معه بعناية، وإعادة جميع المحتويات بحالة جيدة دون إخراج أي أغراض.

8. Prohibited Activities | الممنوعات

EN:

  • No subleasing
  • No animals or birds
  • No littering in the swimming pool
  • No smoking indoors

Any violation may result in ending the stay and additional charges for damages.

AR:

  • يمنع التأجير من الباطن
  • يمنع إدخال الحيوانات أو الطيور
  • يمنع رمي الأوساخ في المسبح
  • يمنع التدخين داخل المرافق

أي مخالفة قد تؤدي إلى إنهاء الحجز وتحميل التكاليف.

9. Maintenance | الأعطال

EN:
Any issues or malfunctions should be reported immediately.

AR:
يجب الإبلاغ فورًا عن أي عطل أو مشكلة.

10. Responsibility | المسؤولية

EN:
Guests are responsible for their safety and for any damages that occur during their stay.

AR:
يتحمل النزلاء مسؤولية سلامتهم وأي أضرار تحدث خلال فترة الإقامة.

11. Cancellation Policy | سياسة الإلغاء

EN:

  • Early departure: No refund
  • 1 week before: 50% charge
  • 2 weeks before: 30% charge
  • More than 2 weeks: Full refund

AR:

  • مغادرة مبكرة: لا يوجد استرجاع
  • قبل أسبوع: خصم 50%
  • قبل أسبوعين: خصم 30%
  • أكثر من أسبوعين: استرجاع كامل

12. Security Deposit | التأمين

EN:
The deposit will be refunded after check-out (within 48 hours to 14 days), after deducting any damages. Additional charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit.

AR:
يتم استرجاع مبلغ التأمين بعد الخروج (خلال 48 ساعة إلى 14 يوم) بعد خصم الأضرار، وقد يتم فرض رسوم إضافية في حال تجاوزها.
